Antwort
In addition to the global include files, which are processed independently of the send job's message type, you can create individual include files for each message type. To do this, please proceed as follows:

First create an include file with the requested name and an .INC extension (e.g. SAMPLE.INC) in the include directory on the DvISE server (DAVID\APPS\FAXWARE\RESOURCE\INCLUDE). Then create additional files with the same name but with different extensions in the same directory. The different message types can be distinguished by means of the extensions. Please find below which extension corresponds to which message type:Extension | Message type (data format)

  • FAX | Fax
  • PCL | PCL fax via PCL Conversion Server
  • PRE | Preprocessor
  • EML | E-Mail
  • VCM | VoiceMail
  • TML | TMail
  • SMS | SMS message
  • LNK | Link
  • DFM | DFML formThe global include file with the .INC extension has two functions. It is required to display a corresponding entry in the selection list in the system configuration on the server. In addition, it will be used if there is no special include file with a corresponding extension for the message type of a send job.

You can enter individual texts or DvISE commands that are to be used only when sending messages of the corresponding format in the other files. For example, in the file with the .EML extension, you make entries that are to apply to eMail transmission only.

If you then create a job via a send service for which an include file has been configured, it will be checked first if there is a special include file for the corresponding message type. If such a file is available, it will be used. Otherwise, the global include file (with the .INC extension) will be processed.

You can use message type dependent includes both with Before and After include files.
