The automatic printout of received faxes on a printer can be implemented with the following steps:
  • »Configuration -> System -> Options -> Auto RX Printing«
    for general printouts on reception.

  • »Configuration -> User -> Reception -> Auto Printing«
    for a user based printout.

  • »Databases -> Routing -> Routing Methods (or Routing Defaults) -> Printer«
    for a printout after using a routing method (or a routing default).
An automatic printout can be set up in the Tobit InfoCenter via the Archive properties or with the corresponding command @_@PRINT@_@ in the document.
