| In the David InfoCenter you start the Fax-Polling request by sending a message with the command @@FAXPOLLING to the desired recipient. To, for example, request an available document via Fax Polling under the telephone number »+498912345« you must create a new message with the content @@FAXPOLLING in the David InfoCenter and send it to the fax number »+498912345«. The subject of the message has no meaning for the Fax Polling request but can be used to identify this message in the Out Archive. Based on this message David polls the indicated telephone number, the recipient, and the Fax Polling occurs automatically. After the Fax Polling request David routes the requested document to the In archive of the user. Note: |
