| Besides the default message text also personal messages can be used for the VoiceBox. This function can only be used if appropriate routing rules are set up. If you want to enable personal messages then first ensure that the personal user archives are configured correctly for the Phone Access. Then call the Inbox to be configured, enter the password and follow the spoken instructions. At the first Phone Access to a personal Inbox you are automatically taken to a configuration dialog which allows to record the personal message text. Hint
