The general basic configuration of the announcement options is managed via a special form in the Tobit InfoCenter to be found as document with the subject »Configuration« in the Archive »System -> DvISE -> Access -> Phone«.

Change in the Tobit InfoCenter to this archive and open the form by double-clicking it. The following settings are possible:

  • Debug Level
    This parameter defines the extent of Debug information to be entered in the archive »System -> DvISE -> Fehlermeldungen« at the DvISE Server. The smaller the entered value (0-5), the more entries are created.

  • Max Login Tries
    Defines the max. possible number of succeeded incorrect login-attempts (e.g. due to wrong password entry).If this value is exceeded, there is an entry in the archive »System -> access protocol« within the relevant user archive.

  • Read X Lines
    Indicates the number of text rows to be considered when reading out eMails, TMails or user archives.

  • Read Delay Entry
    Defines the length of break during the entries to be read out.

  • Language
    Defines the language for Text-To-Speech in the Script.

    Audio OutputYou can define wheter to use synthetic speech (Text- To-Speech) or recorded wave-files.These wave-files are saved as message attachments below the archive »System -> DvISE -> Access -> Phone -> Messages -> German«.

  • Routing Method
    Here the standard method for automatic routing is defined.This routing method has to be set additionally in the port configuration at the DvISE Server under »routing method«. If DDI resp. MSN is set, the applied extension is evaluated in the script and moved to the corresponding archive, as far as you have created an entry in the distribution rules.

In case CLI is set, the personal telephone number of the caller is evaluated (as far as it is available and released).
