In some cases, it is necessary to export the Outlook form extensions from workstation A in order to import them at workstation B. Follow these steps to do so:
  1. Create a new folder »FaxWare« on workstation B below »Programs\Microsoft Office\Office«.

  2. Copy the content of the same folder »FaxWare« from workstation A to the corresponding folder on workstation B.

  3. Afterwards, copy the FAXEXT.ECF from the directory »Programs\Microsoft Office\Office\Addins« on workstation A to the identical folder on workstation B.

  4. Export the three forms »DvISE-IN, DvISE-VOICE und FaxWare« from workstation A via »Extras -> Options -> Advanced... -> Advanced Options -> User Forms -> Manage Forms«. Mark each one and click on »Save as...«. Save the forms as DVIN.FDM, DVVOI.FDM and FAXWARE.FDM.
    Then, copy the three files to any folder on workstation B.

  5. On workstation B, import the FAXEXT.ECF via »Extras -> Options -> Advanced... -> Advanced Options -> Add-In Manager -> Install«.

  6. Import the three forms DVIN.FDM, DVVOI.FDM and FAXWARE.FDM via »Extras -> Options -> Advanced... -> Advanced Options -> User Forms -> Manage Forms -> Install«.

  7. Restart Outlook.
