| If while printing through the FaxImage printer driver within a desktop session, the window for number entry opens on the Terminal Server, proceed as follows:First delete the following files:printer Tobit Fax-Image -> delete printer driver Tobit Fax-Image -> delete Access Fax-Image-Archive -> delete »\PROGRAMMES\MICROSOFT OFFICE\OFFICE\ADDINS\FAXEXT.ECF« -> delete »\PROGRAMMES\MICROSOFT OFFICE\OFFICE\FAXWARE« -> delete »\PROGRAMMES\TOBIT INFOCENTER« -> delete »\WINDOWS\TOBITLIB*.*« -> delete FAXIMG.DLL -> delete FAXIMG.DRV -> delete FAXIMGMO.DLL -> delete DVMAILER.EXE -> delete TOBIT.INI -> delete DV4TS.EXE -> delete Now restart the server.As the case may be you should map the system drive as drive C:, if the drive letters changed concering a Citrix-installation. But this is not mandatorily necessary.Within the prompt enter »change user /install«.Execute the David MX SETUP32.EXE from a mapped drive.If the dv4ts.exe file is not located within the »WINNT/SYSTEM32« directory, execute the SETUP.EXE from the »\\DAVID\CLIENTS\WINDOWS\FAXIMG\TERMINAL« directory. If you mapped the system drive as drive C: for the installation, you can now remove this drive mapping. Also a release of the David MX directory is not necessary anymore. |
