For the integration please follow the steps below:
  1. The adequate table will be created separately in Word or Excel and will be saved as a website. For this follow these steps:
    1. Word 2000:
Mark the created table and go to the menu item »Save As Website...«.
    2. Word 97:
Go to the menu item »File -> Save As...« and choose HTML-Document.
    3. Excel 2000:
Mark the created table and go to the menu item »File -> Save As Website...«. Here you need to mind that do not save the whole document as a website but only the marked area with the option »Selection: area«.
    4. Excel 97:
Unfortunately, in Excel 97 you do not have the possibility to save a workbook as a HTML-File. A table which has been created in Excel 97 first needs to be pasted into in Word 97 and then the document can be saved as an HTML Document.

  2. You open the just created table through the menu item »View -> Source Code« and copy the source code to the clipboard.

  3. Go back to the primary eMail broadcast document and paste the source code to the place where you want to paste the table.

    Important:
In addition to the previously used DvISE commands you need to integrate the command »@_@HTML@_@« in the document. Furthermore you need to pay attention to the HTML commands because this command converts the whole document in a HTML-document and also the line breaks or paragraphs need to be formatted with adequate HTML tags (e.g.: < br > , < p >).
