Problem In the Tobit InfoCenter, below »Action -> Properties -> Services« there is the item »Storage Archive«. What does this function effect when activating?

Set the button »Storage Archive«, if the according archive and its sub-archives shall be excluded from thenightly data purging. The purging then occurs every first sunday a month. Marking an archive asstorage archive can be useful to accelerate the process of data purging. So if the storaged data only changesunfrequently, monthly data purging is sufficient.
