Problem In the David InfoCenter you can now also create a »Note« and send it. You create a note by clicking on the arrow besides »New« in the David InfoCenter and selecting »Note« from the list. Alternatively to that you can start the note pad with the hot key [Ctrl]+[Shift]+[N]

Like with a paper note pad you can quickly create handwritten notes or line drawings. Especially in comination with a Tablet PC and its touch sensitive monitor a comfortable working is now possible. Open a note by clicking on the arrow besides »New« in the David InfoCenter and afterwards clicking on »Note«. Alternatively you can at first create a normal message and for example type a text and afterwards convert it to a note by using the icon »Forward as Note«. The text that you already typed consists incl. all formatting.

Note:
To be able to reliably use the David InfoCenter note function on your computer, you must ensure that the »Microsoft Tablet PC Components« are installed on this computer. To do so, execute the »TABLETPC.EXE« program on the corresponding workstation. This program is found in the »DAVID\CLIENTS\WINDOWS\TABLETPC« directory on the David Server. Follow the displayed instructions to execute the installation.
