Antwort
To be able to reset the permissions for the Tobit Archive System with the use of David(R)zehn! the new option »Reset Permission...« is available in the David Administrator under the main menu item »Tools«.

This tool resets the user permissions to the Tobit Archive System to default settings for all David users. The menu item corresponds to the function which could so far be selected with an update of a David installation with the product CD. This process may take some time. Thus it should not be executed at times of high server load.

The target of the automatic assignment of the permissions is to assign defined permissions to the Tobit Archive System for each David user. This means that each David user has full permission to his own archives and restricted permission to the global address book and the common ressources, like, for example, text modules, forms etc. The archives of all other David users as well as the system archives are protected from access.
