Individual Send Identification at eMail Sending

Problem A user should be able to send eMails with different send identifications. Is that possible respectively how can that be realised?

Since Service Pack 4 of David 6.6 you have the possibility, to define several eMail sending addresses for a user, which are selectable in the Tobit InfoCenter message edtior then.

Define this DvISE Administrator at »Configuration -> User -> "User Name" -> General«.
Afterwards the users can choose their send identification individually in the message editor next to the button "Send".

Further on, it is possible to change the send identification with the include file.

Notices:
Notice, that you have to indicate at least 2 eMail addresses during creation of the send identifications, which include an @ sign - not only an identification code and a complete eMail address - because otherwise the button »Sender« does not appear in the message editor.

Moreover make sure, that the menu point »Sender« under »Options -> Toolbars -> General -> New Message« is activated in the Tobit InfoCenter.
