| The printout of eMails, calender entries and addresses can be effected in a special formated form, if you desire. Therefore you can use models (text files), which define the particular layout through HTML tags and specific commands. These files are located in the »DAVID\CODE\TEMPLATE« directory on the DvISE Server (Windows Backend). Through the file name extension it is defined, which message format the file has (*.EML: eMail, *.CAL: Calender, *.ADR: Address). To realise your own formatting, you can either change the already existing files, or create completely new files within this directory. Standard the files DEFAULT.ADR, DEFAULT.CAL as well as the file DEFAULT.EML are located in the TEMPLATE directory. Now you can adjust these according to your demands, or create new files, like e.g. TEST.ADR, TEST.CAL and TEST.EML). As soon as a file has been created with a different name new, this file is available as selection (Pull Down Menu) within the printer configuration of the DvISE Administrator under »Configuration -> Printer -> "Name Of The Printer" -> Model«. For this there are several commands and variables available.
