When you want to prevent connections to specific telephone numbers in general, you need to create adequate address entries in the Tobit InfoCenter in the Archive below »System -> DvISE -> Database -> Blacklist -> Out«. All numbers stored in these address entries (business, private or mobile) will be blocked for outgoing calls.Now all outgoing telephone connections which are opened by the DvISE script will be checked according to all entries in this archive. If an entry with the number to dial exists the connection will be denied and an appropriate entry will be created in the outbox of the user. Sending TMails to the denied numbers is also not possible.
