Antwort
If the DvISE OCR Server, depending on its configuration, has converted an incoming or outgoing fax e.g. to »8-Bit Text« format, the floppy disk symbol you know as indicating eMail attachments appears at the respective entry in the entry list.

Should you have received or sent a large fax which is converted to ASCII text according to your DvISE OCR Server configuration, no floppy disk symbol will appear during the conversion process. Only when this job is complete will the floppy disk symbol appear, and CPU utilization will decrease to zero again.

This symbol means that a fully converted document is available and that it can be viewed by »Right-clicking the entry -> InfoCenter-Advanced Information -> Comment«, and can be copied from there for further processing and pasted into other applications.
