| David provides the possibility to take up video recordings via cameras and to administer these in the Tobit Archive System (TAS). This way, for example, recordings from observing cameras can be created and centrally stored on the David server. By default the Archive »Archive/Multimedia/Video/CameraRecordings« is used for this. The David.InfoCenter Mediaplayer makes it possible to quickly and easily access the created video files and to view the recordings and analyze these. To be able to use an IP camera for the video recording the module »Video Capture« must be started in the David.Administrator. Switch to »Video Capture -> Camera« resp. with David.zehn! under »Obsersation & Automation -> Video Capture« and click on »New« to set up a new or more cameras. On the »Common« tab the item »Use this camera« must be acti vated to be able to enter the URL of the IP camera on the »Options« tab. In the settings choose the item »IP Camera« and enter the user name and the password if necessary. To be able to store the recorded pictures of the camera in the Tobit Archive System
